They moved our large items into storage whilst we were waiting to complete on our new house, and then did the full removal from storage to our new house. Everything was packed securely, they were on time and friendly and polite. Martin went round the house, making sure he knew the numbers of the bedrooms and that they took their shoes off, each and every time they were on the new carpets. They were brilliant- and reasonable. Turned up 5 minutes early, cracked on with a great work ethic and made everything look so easy! Very competitively priced (some quotes I got from others were astronomical compared to these guys!) and had no issues doing two stops. The job was completed within an hour and a half. What can I say, Martin, Lee and Tom were quite simply the best!! They moved us a long way and were calm super helpful and fun. They made the whole move as stress free as it could be despite being snowed in 4 miles from the house on moving day and having to wait it out in the van for the snow to clear! They even cleared the snow from our road and path and did one of the neighbour’s paths as well. They then stayed over night at the local pub to ensure they could move us in safely the next day, all done with good humour too!! I can not recommend these guys enough, they feel like part of the family now! Due to a hickup on completion day, they stepped in. Very easy to deal with. Polite and very prompt from booking to unloading the last items. Martin is very particular with loading the van and ensuring all your items are fully protected to arrive safe and sound. Would recommend them 100%.
